  • Cancellation Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The total price will be charged if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

Consider that bookings made within 14 days prior to check-in, are 100% charged.

  • Payment Policy:

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards (VISA-AMEX-MasteCard-Diners-Maestro), cash or wire transfer

  • House Rules:

Parties/events are not allowed

The Tenants shall not sublet the property.

Non smoking apartment

Animals or pets of any kind are not allowed

Not permitted to have more than the number of persons allowed to accommodate

There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.

Guests are required to show a Passport/ID and credit card upon check-in.

  • Damage Rules:

Any damage or cleaning / furnishings issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner inmediately.

The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in o careful and lawful manner. Guests shall leave the premises in o ready to rent condition.

At the check-out time, a responsable will check the property and if there is a damage or issue will be charged the acoording amount to the credit card or by cash.

  • Guests agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney’s fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Espacio Luxury enforcing this agreement.

 

By signing the agreement, guest(s) agree to abide by the above conditions and hereby swear that the information provided is true
